- Consultation and setting the goalsWe go through your requirements and your available budget together. We set strict selection criteria so that we only chase top examples that are worth the investment.
- Representation at the Japanese auctionsWith hundreds of auctions won behind us, we represent you directly on the Japanese market. We study every detail of the auction sheet and bid strategically to get you the best fair price.
- Award and payment in fullPayment is made right after the car is won at auction. To start the logistics, the car is paid in full, together with all the import costs, immediately after the award. This includes the price of the car, transport, insurance, customs duties and the Velsigur fee (which ranges between 2,700 and 4,500 euros excluding VAT, depending on how complex the import is).
- Logistics, secure transport and delivery timeFrom the moment of payment, we take on the full logistical responsibility for sea and road transport. The estimated delivery time is 4–6 months. However, given the tense situation in the Middle East and the disruption of global shipping routes, unannounced changes or delays may occur during transit, outside our control. We make sure you are informed at every important step.
- Customs and arrival in Piatra-NeamțWe handle all the complex customs procedures in full, sparing you the paperwork. Once the import is complete, the car arrives safely at our premises in Piatra-Neamț.
- Preparation for the collection and after-import servicesThe story does not stop at delivery. We help you bring the car to the highest possible collector grade. Through our experienced partners we give you the full infrastructure for: technical servicing, improvements, paint protection and detailing, assistance with RAR homologation and complete registration services.
