Who we are
The website auto.velsigur.ro is operated by VELSIGUR SRL, with its registered office in Municipiul Piatra-Neamț, Str. Decebal, Nr. 35, Jud. Neamț, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2012000593275, unique registration code (CUI) 30609391.

By using the website, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
What this website is
auto.velsigur.ro is a presentation website. It shows the cars we have in stock, the cars we have sold, the events we have taken part in and our import service from Japan.
It is not an online shop. A car cannot be bought on the website, no payments are made and no contracts are concluded. The forms only send a contact request. A sale is concluded only at our premises, after a viewing, by a written contract signed by both parties.
Prices and technical data
The prices, technical data, equipment, mileage and photographs on the website are for information only. We check them carefully, but they may contain errors or change without prior notice. They do not constitute a binding offer of sale.
The price, the condition of the car and the terms of sale are confirmed by us, directly, before the contract is signed. The VAT notes (“+ VAT”, “0% VAT included”) show the tax regime under which we expect to sell the car and are likewise confirmed before the sale.
A car shown as available may be reserved or sold between the moment you viewed the page and the moment you contact us.
Viewings
Visits are by telephone appointment only, at least 24 hours in advance. Without an appointment, we cannot guarantee that the car is ready or that someone is available to receive you.
Import from Japan
A request sent through the “Import from Japan” form is a contact request, not an order. The terms of the import (the car sought, the budget, the commission, payment, deadlines) are set out in a separate contract, signed before any auction. The delivery times shown on the website are estimates.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, logo and graphic elements on the website belong to VELSIGUR SRL or are used with the consent of their authors. They may not be copied, republished or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may share the link to a page, for example a car's page, without asking our permission.
Links to other websites
The website contains links to other websites (social networks, maps, WhatsApp, ANPC). We are not responsible for the content or the rules of those websites.
Limitation of liability
We do everything we can to keep the information accurate and the website working, but we do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times and free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, VELSIGUR SRL is not liable for damage resulting from the use of information on the website without our direct confirmation, or from temporary inability to access the website.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law as a consumer.
Complaints and dispute resolution
You can send complaints to us at office@velsigur.ro. We will reply within 30 days at most.
If we do not reach an agreement, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). For alternative dispute resolution (SAL), the request is submitted on the ANPC platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
Disputes that are not resolved amicably or through SAL are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
